Regardless of system size, every Limestone Environmental Consultants (LEC) compliance package includes the following core services and company policies:

  • UCMR & Emerging Contaminant Tracking: We assist with upcoming EPA rulemakings, including Unregulated Contaminant Monitoring Rule (UCMR) compliance where applicable.

  • Client Ownership of Records: All reports, datasets, and regulatory filings remain the property of the client utility. All compliance data is fully accessible to the client at any time. LEC will never withhold customer data for any reason.

  • Regulatory Communication Support: Assistance with ADEM and EPA correspondence related to compliance issues. Including electronic communication and In-Person meetings as requested by regulatory agencies or utility managers.

  • Document Retention Assistance: Organized storage of compliance records, permits, sampling reports, and inspection documents. Utilization of Sharepoint and OneDrive applications to sync data with Utility computer systems.
