Service Overview:

• Vendor Proposal Coordination:

  • Solicit and manage proposals from three or more pilot system vendors, including:

    • Calgon Carbon

    • Evoqua

    • AqueousVets

    • And others upon request

• Pilot Unit Setup & Integration:

  • Assist with placement, flow routing, and control setup

  • Coordinate with vendor teams and utility staff for seamless installation

• Biweekly Pilot Unit Inspections:

  • Every other week, LEC inspects the unit for operational performance

  • Services include sampling, media/filter replacement, and minor maintenance

  • Issues are documented and addressed in coordination with the vendor

• Data Management & Reporting:

  • Centralized data tracking and QA/QC

  • Monthly updates provided to utility staff and vendors

  • Final Data Summary Report delivered at the end of the study

• Vendor Modeling Support:

  • Most vendors include modeling and full-scale design services using your pilot data

  • LEC ensures data is formatted and presented for easy integration into vendor models
